Director of Photography: As a Director of Photography, I emphasize collaboration between departments so that every layer of the frame holds meaning.  I try to place the camera for a specific reason in the story and find compositions that hold interest and heighten drama. I shoot with purpose and motivation and I adapt my style to suit the needs of the story.

Camera Assistant: My goal is to make camera team the best department on every set. I never want production to wait on camera and I try to anticipate issues and look ahead in the schedule to stay prepared. The camera is often the closest thing to the actors, so it is imperative that a camera assistant can interact professionally. I make it a priority to minimize the effect of camera team on the performers, focus pulling included.
